This page explains when a subscription payment to Vendwa is refunded.
Every plan starts with a free trial. While you are on the trial you are not charged, so there is nothing to refund. Once the trial ends and you are billed for a plan, the sections below apply.
Once the free trial ends, payments for a plan you used are not refunded. This includes if you forget to cancel, decide the plan is not for you, or use only part of a billing period — you keep access through the end of the period you paid for (see our Terms of Service), and no partial refund is issued for the unused days.
We issue a refund when you were genuinely charged in error. Examples:
Email support@vendwa.com with the plan you are on, the amount and date of the charge, and what looks wrong. A person reviews every request — we reply to every message.
